The web app is the full platform — build your event, set pricing, and sell tickets, from a laptop or a phone's browser. The mobile app is smaller and purpose-built: it only scans pre-sold tickets and sells walk-up tickets at the door. You don't create events from the mobile app.

This Privacy Policy explains how DrisTix ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, our web app, and, once available, our iOS and Android mobile apps. Last updated July 2026.
When you join our notify list, we collect the email address you provide. Once DrisTix is available, organizers will use the web app to create events and enter payout details, and door staff will use the mobile app to scan pre-sold tickets and process payment for tickets sold at the door.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Offline scans and door sales are stored securely on-device until the device reconnects, at which point they sync to the venue's account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Data may be shared with payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
You can unsubscribe from the notify list at any time using the link in any email we send. Once the app launches, in-app settings will let venues export or delete event data.

These Terms govern your use of the DrisTix website, the DrisTix web app, and, once available, the DrisTix iOS and Android mobile apps. By using DrisTix, you agree to these Terms. Last updated July 2026.
The DrisTix web app is provided for creating events and selling tickets. The DrisTix mobile app is provided only for scanning pre-sold tickets and selling tickets to walk-up guests at the door — it is not intended for creating or managing events. You agree to use the service only for lawful events and to keep any account credentials secure.
Venues and organizers who import guest or ticket data into DrisTix are responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to do so, and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
Payments taken at the door are processed by DrisTix's payment partners. Venues are responsible for their own refund policy on tickets sold at the door.
DrisTix is currently in pre-launch. Features described on this page reflect our current plans and may change before or after release.
DrisTix is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DrisTix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
